Where we’d go

Castle Hill has some lovely old corners: established parks, walking tracks and big trees that turn in autumn. They make a gentle backdrop for a family session, and they’re close enough that nobody is tired and grumpy by the time we start.

  • Established parkland

Open lawns and shady tracks, with a playground and toilets close by for breaks.

  • Autumn colour

Old deciduous trees that turn gold and red from April, for a cosy session in knits.

Newborns, at home

Apartment or acreage, every home works for a newborn session. Angela just needs a window and a little floor space, and she brings the rest.

Good to know

“It’s hard to pick a favourite. As always we loved and enjoyed the experience of our family photos with you.”
Yvonne · Family session · 2026
Is Castle Hill in your usual area?
Yes, it’s right in the middle of the Hills District. Travel fees only come into it further out.
Can grandparents join?
Yes. Our extended family session is made for it, and a flatter spot with paths and seating makes it easy for everyone.
When is the best season for photos?
Any season works. Autumn brings colour, spring brings blossom, and in summer we start a little later to catch the softer light.
